At our initial meeting Henny mentioned that their average time to buy a home was 6 weeks. Previously we had looked on and off for months in a very hot market. With a string of bad luck and being quite picky I thought we would be the ones to blow this out of the water, but 5 weeks later we exchanged contracts.
We were the first people in to view the house the day after it was listed. The first official open was crazy with 100 people through but we already had our ducks in a row and made an offer on the Monday. Without our secret weapon we would have had no chance. Without them we would still be looking or would have given up. We now live 200 metres from our son’s school, across the road from his vacation care and swimming lessons and a stroll down the hill to his rugby club.
Henny and Oliver are dedicated, tireless, genuine people who are committed to their role. They juggled sick children, international travel and our offer strategy and house purchase with utmost professionalism. In fact I have no idea when they sleep.
They have considerable knowledge and experience and have great contacts to make the process smooth and can quickly rule out unsuitable properties. I often push through without help, I want to do things by myself but for the biggest purchase of our lives I wanted an expert on my side.
