Oliver J. Stier

Oliver brings a decade of professional experience in finance and investment to his role as Director and Licensee-in-Charge of OH Property Group.
Prior to starting his own agency, Oliver was with the International Finance Corporation (the private sector arm of the World Bank Group) where he worked extensively on property and housing finance in emerging Asian markets. Before that, Oliver was Vice President of Lehman Brothers based first in New York and then in Tokyo responsible for ex-Japan Asia credit products.
Years of working on large and complex deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars has given Oliver a distinct edge when it comes to rigorous and meticulous investment analysis and closing deals. Even more notable are Oliver’s unparalleled negotiation skills, which have seen him consistently negotiate the purchase of properties substantially below the original asking price.
Oliver was educated at Cambridge University (UK), University of Toronto (Canada) and Princeton University (USA). In addition to being a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW, Oliver also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Oliver is an avid property investor and has made personal investments in both residential and commercial properties in USA, Singapore and Australia. Having been an expat investor himself, Oliver is well aware of the value that a good buyers’ agent can provide to investors who live abroad.
In addition to English, Oliver is also fluent in French and Swedish.
Oliver is a member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) and the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA).

Henny Stier

Henny is the co-founder and Principal Buyers Agent at OH Property Group.
Henny is well known for her knowledge and passion for property, her great instincts and sound advice, her meticulous attention to the smallest of details and her ability to extract valuable information from all kinds of sources to help her clients secure the property of their choice. Diligent and extremely responsive, Henny is infinitely willing to go the extra mile for her clients and always has their best interest in mind. Her significant experience in building, renovating and managing properties is a great asset to her clients.
A respected, straight talking property expert, Henny is sought after by the media to discuss various real estate topics and to dispel myths in her typical no-nonsense style.
Prior to real estate, Henny started out in consulting for Accenture as well as in marketing for Microsoft. Henny also worked for over four years with the United Nations in New York and the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C. where she had the opportunity to work extensively in Africa and Asia.
Aside from real estate, Henny’s other passion is travelling. She has been to more than 400 cities in 62 countries.
Henny holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of International Relations from Macquarie University, where she graduated with the top award for achieving a perfect 4.0/4.0 GPA. Henny is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW and a Justice of the Peace.
In addition to English, Henny also speaks Chinese, Indonesian and rusty French.

Melinda Best

Having been part of the team since 2014, Melinda comes from a background that includes community services, creative arts and interior decoration. This diverse background and broad range of experience enables her to get along well with and relate to people from all walks of life.
Known for her warm and friendly personality, she is extremely diligent and conscientious and adopts a holistic approach to property hunting. Melinda has a good eye for design and detail and is able to visualise the full potential of a property, not only as a home but also from an investment perspective. Understanding the client brief and identifying their needs and wants is what drives Melinda to relentlessly search for the perfect property for each client.
Melinda has always been obsessed with property, architecture and design. When not at work, you’ll usually find Melinda in an art gallery, or alternatively she will be trawling local and international real estate portals just for fun. Melinda has a particularly soft spot for mid-century homes.
Anthony Chan-Wilson

Anthony has built his reputation in real estate on detailed knowledge of the North Shore property market and providing the highest quality of service and advice to his clients. He is driven, passionate, diligent and enjoys working side by side with clients to achieve outstanding results for them.
Anthony was born, raised and educated on Sydney’s North Shore. After graduating from Macquarie University in 2002, Anthony moved to the United Kingdom where he worked for leading European and American Investment banks. In 2012 Anthony, his partner and young family made the move back to Sydney and this is where he had his first taste of renovating, selling and buying Sydney property.
Having a recently returned from 3 years in Hong Kong, Anthony has returned to his passion: property. Keenly interested in design, architecture and the built environment, Anthony loves working with clients to understand their needs, and help navigate finding a home. Drawing on is own experience in property and renovation, he can help people see potential others may not, and understands deeply how people, families and places connect.

Stephen Dimarco

A career that started as a passion, Stephen has been obsessed with property since he purchased his first apartment when he was 19. Since then, Stephen has bought, sold and renovated properties in various markets across Sydney. Having previously studied and worked in the Architectural field, Stephen brings with him a skill-set that lends itself to a keen attention to detail, as well as an appreciation for the vast array of housing styles found across Sydney.
Stephen believes it is a privilege to assist individuals and families find their dream home and takes pride in going above-and-beyond to match our clients with the perfect property. Stephen understands that buying a home is one of life’s momentous occasions, and as such, should be approached with only the highest calibre of due-diligence.
Outside of real estate, Stephen is an accomplished flute player, having studied at a high level both domestically and in Europe.
Brenda Hurst

Brenda assists in the preparation of property appraisals and undertakes comprehensive research as part of our rigorous due diligence process for our clients. Brenda understands what drives the value of a property and has great attention to detail, being able to find the answer to almost any question. As a property investor herself, Brenda understands the importance of being fully informed when purchasing properties.
Brenda came to OH Property Group in 2017 having been with the NSW Public Sector, with roles including at NSW Treasury managing the preparation of state budgets for various government agencies, and with the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing managing a team of policy analysts.
Brenda holds both a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from the University of Western Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia.
Brenda is an avid book lover and has a keen interest in Australian history, geology and archaeology.
Bronwen Jeffreys
Property Manager
Bronwen started her real estate career in 2017 in Property Management and her professional approach to property management relies on her ability to multi-task. She has a genuine interest in property and enjoys working with people. She is a natural communicator and passionate about understanding the needs and expectations of both her landlords and tenants to ensure both parties are able to achieve a positive result. Having investment properties of her own, she knows the importance of having her properties managed by a competent team.
Bronwen worked as an event manager for investment banks in the UK for 13 years before returning to Sydney to work for two years at a law firm.
