When you retain our services, we are only financially compensated by you and no one else. To maintain our independence, we absolutely do NOT accept any commissions from sellers or other service providers. Any recommendation for third party service providers we make to our clients are done purely in their best interest.
There are two basic fees for our Full-Search and Negotiation services.
- A non-refundable upfront retainer. This fee is paid upon signing of the Agency Agreement regardless of whether a property is ultimately purchased.
- A buying fee / success fee. This is only paid when contracts are exchanged for the purchase of a property.
The Total Fee = upfront Retainer + Success Fee

Residential Negotiation
If you have identified the property you wish to purchase, but would like assistance with the analysis, appraisal, negotiation and settlement, we charge the following fees (includes negotiation on up to three properties as nominated by the purchaser):

Auction Bidding
If you have identified the property you wish to purchase, we can represent you at the Auction.
Our fee for this service is $700 (exclusive of GST) regardless of outcome, with an additional $1,400 (exclusive of GST) due if we successfully acquire the property for you under Auction conditions.
Portfolio Review & Analysis
This service comprises a comprehensive consultation for properties already owned by a client. Typically this service suits clients who wish to make a decision regarding what to do going forward with respect to a single or multiple properties owned. These decisions may include whether to sell the property, renovate it, etc.
For a property consultation, we charge the following fees (exclusive of GST) for the first property:
Unit / Townhouse = $2,000
Torrens Title House/Semi/Duplex = $4,000
A 20% discount will apply for each additional property which is reviewed simultaneously.
