I engaged OH Property for its ‘negotiation only’ services and thoroughly enjoyed working with Oliver, Henny and their team. I looked for a week or two on my own, but realised immediately that I would benefit from having an informed advocate on my side – someone I could trust, who really knew his or her way around the market and all the accompanying processes.
