On another note, we had to sell before we could buy, and even though Henny is a buyers agent, she actually worked with us every step of the way through the sale process, including recommending good selling agents for us to interview, giving us her opinion on how the selling process was going and giving us market knowledge of other properties competing with ours. We selected an excellent selling agent who then ran an outstanding campaign, resulting in us selling above our reserve.
