Family with two young kids were looking to upsize from a three bedroom Unit. As repeat clients of ours, we knew exactly the type of home that this family would like. As with many clients, we work backwards starting with the budget. With a long-term horizon in mind, being in the catchment for a good high school was a primary consideration. We found this solid home with four bedrooms plus a study which ticked all the boxes. Enjoying a sunny northerly aspect and a 1,043sqm garden parcel, we purchased this home off-market and as a result without any competition. It was not advertised online and our clients would not have found this property otherwise.
