A family with two young kids have been looking on their own for nearly a year. They had sold and realised the market was moving fast and leaving them behind. This full brick home on over 700m2 of level land on a quiet, tree-lined street was purchased directly from the vendor. This house was never advertised online and there were no one else who inspected this home other than our clients.
