Family with two young children wanted to stop renting and buy their first home. Proximity to workplace was a major consideration to minimise commute time. The brief was for a three (or if at all possible, four) bedroom home. The house purchased has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bonus swimming pool and amazing outdoor entertaining deck area. It is also within walking distance to the train station.
